Fantastic Views That Steal the Show

I was blown away by the breathtaking harbor views from my room on the 36th floor. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ferry. The live music in the lobby added a delightful touch, and the staff were exceptionally pleasant throughout my stay. I can't wait to return!

The check-in process needs significant improvement, one room not ready for hours!!! Housekeeping should tackle the lingering smell of smoke in non-smoking rooms more effectively!!! A room upgrade doesn't warrant an unprepared second room.

It was just a smart choice for strolling in Hong Kong with value for money. The toilet was ridiculously small, something I haven't seen anywhere before. Just be aware of the elevator wait times.

The location of the hotel is perfect for reaching various attractions in the city. The views from my room were incredible, providing a beautiful backdrop during my stay. had a pleasant stay at renaissance! the wifi was super stable, which helped me with my virtual presentation. the room was clean and comfy, with heavenly bed pillows and duvet. it's also close to causeway bay, making it easy to explore the area. the fitness centre was a nice perk too.
